Apple is secretly developing its own displays for future devices
Apple first began developing and producing its own displays for its devices. This was told by Bloomberg with reference to informed sources.
Development is carried out at Apple’s secret factory near the California headquarters of the company, there are produced a small number of screens for test purposes. The company is working on the next generation of MicroLED-displays, hoping to replace them with OLED-screens manufactured by Samsung in their future mobile devices.
As expected, the first such screens will receive a smart watch Apple Watch. This may happen before the end of 2018.
